通心络胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者胱抑素C的影响

【摘要】 目的通过观察通心络胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者血浆胱抑素C水平的影响,了解其对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 60例早期糖尿病肾病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予医学营养治疗指导,采用降糖药物控制血糖,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂(ARB)控制血压,在血糖、血压达标的基础上,治疗组加服通心络胶囊;检测治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)等指标。两组均随访12周。结果治疗后两组Scr、UAER、CRP和Cys-C均有改善,治疗组起效快且降低UAER、Cys-C的效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病能有效改善肾脏的微循环,降低Cys-C、UAER等指标,延缓肾功能损害的进展。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsules on treating diabetic nephropathy through the observation on the change of cystatin C(Cys-C).Methods Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the random number table method.Two groups were given medical nutrition therapy guide,the application of hypoglycemic drugs to keep blood glucose under control and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers(ARB) to control blood pressure.On the basis of blood glucose and blood pressure target,Tongxinluo capsules were added into the treatment group.Before and after the treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum creatinine(Scr),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),C reaction protein(CRP),and Cys-C were detected.Two groups were followed up for 12 weeks.Results Scr,UAER,CRP and Cys-C in two groups improved after the treatment,the treatment group took action faster and the effect of reducing UAER and Cys-C was better compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo Capsules could improve renal microcirculation,reduce Cys-C,UAER,and delay the progress of renal damage in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
