【摘要】 目的比较膝关节骨关节炎患者与健康成年人髁间窝宽度与高度的差别,分析髁间窝形态与骨关节炎的关系。方法选取112例膝关节骨关节炎患者和150例健康成年人,进行膝关节MR扫描,并在MR图像上测量膝关节髁间窝的高度及宽度;将所得结果按性别分组并进行比较。结果健康成年人组髁间窝宽度为(21.23±2.81)mm,骨关节炎组为(17.72±2.66)mm,二者有明显统计学差异(P<0.001);健康成年人组髁间窝高度为(28.83±2.9)mm,骨关节炎组为(23.04±3.20)mm,二者有明显统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论膝关节骨关节炎患者的髁间窝宽度及高度明显小于健康成年人,骨关节炎的发生可能与髁间窝狭窄有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the differences of the width and height of the fossa intercondyloidea between the healthy adults and the osteoarthritis patients,and analyze the relationship between the morphology of fossa intercondyloidea and the osteoarthritis.Methods The width and height of the fossa intercondyloidea was measured on 150 adults and 112 osteoarthritis patients using MR Imaging pictures.The data of all participants were grouped by sex and compared statistically.Results The width of fossa intercondyloidea of the healthy adults and the osteoarthritis patients was 21.23 ± 2.81 mm and17.72 ± 2.66 mm respectively.The height of fossa intercondyloidea of the healthy adults and the osteoarthritis patients was 28.83 ± 2.98 mm and 23.04 ± 3.20 mm respectively.There was significant difference of both the width and height of fossa intercondyloidea between the healthy adults and the osteoarthritis patients(P < 0.001).Conclusion The width and height of the fossa intercondyloidea are both smaller in the osteoarthritis patients than those in the healthy adults.Osteoarthritis may be related to the stenosis of the fossa intercondyloidea.更多还原
