【Abstract】 The paper analyses the "Policy of the Entente" of Lansdowne and Grey and points out that,facing international changes and challenges to Britain’s position in the world,these two foreign secretaries continued to adhere to Salisbury’s "limited cooperation policy",aiming to improve its relationship with Germany while adjusting relationship with its traditional competitors,France and Russia.This stance signifies a continuation of the policy of the "balance of power" in Europe to maintain Britain interests and great-power status.更多还原
