【Abstract】 With the phase-out progress of CFC and HCFC substances accelerated and with the toxicity and safety of ammonia restricted,the use of CO2 as a refrigerant is accepted.In China,a lot of research and testing are done about CO2 / NH3 cascade refrigeration technology,which concentrates in analysis and optimization of the cycle.In the paper,technical issues of application in the food freezing practice of a CO2 / NH3 cascade refrigeration system are analyzed.更多还原
