【摘要】 目的调查青岛崂山百合科药用植物资源的多样性,为崂山百合科植物资源保护及合理利用提供依据。方法采用野外考察、标本采集与鉴定、资料收集等方法,在崂山进行为期2年的实地调查研究。结果青岛崂山有百合科植物26属63种(含3变种),分别占山东省百合科植物资源总属数87%,总种数78%;其中药用植物62种,占比达98%。崂山百合科药用植物药用部位以根茎最多,其次为鳞茎,也有以花及全草入药;药用功能主要有解表、泻下、补虚;药用成分包括多糖、生物碱、甾体皂苷、黄酮等。结论崂山百合科药用植物资源种类丰富,应在保护的前提下进行合理的开发利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the diversity of Liliaceae plants in Mount Lao and provide basis for conservation and utilization of the plant resources of Liliaceae in Mount Lao.Method Open field investigation,specimen collection and identification and data collection were carried out through the 2-year investigation in Mount Lao.Result 26 genus and 63 species(incl uding 3 mutations) were found all together which account for 87 % and 78 % of the total genera and species in Shandong province respectively.62 species,which account for more than 98 % of all,were of medical value.The medicinal parts are rhizomes at most,secondly bulbs and whole plants and flowers.The main medicinal functions include relieving exterior syndrome,and cathartic and reinforcing effects.Polysaccharides,alkaloids,steroid saponins and flavones are the medicinal components.Conclusion A great variety of medical plants of Liliaceae were found and can be utilized under rational protection.更多还原
