基于准谐振软开关技术的反激式光伏微逆变器研究
Research on Flyback-type Photovoltaic Micro Inverter Based on Quasi-resonant Soft Switching
【摘要】 针对传统集中式光伏发电存在热斑及转换效率低等问题,分析了反激式微型光伏并网逆变器的工作原理及准谐振软开关技术,研究了一种反激式微逆变器的准谐振软开关的数字实现方法,无需外加辅助电路就可实现主功率开关管的零电压开通,减小了电路的设计难度和成本,有效提高了反激式微逆变器的转换效率和可靠性。通过仿真和试验验证了该方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 For the existing problems of traditional centralized photovoltaic generation,such as hot spot and low conversion efficiency,the micro photovoltaic grid-connected generation structure was studied.Based on the analysis of quasi resonant soft switching of the traditional flyback-type micro photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,a digital realization method of quasi resonant soft switching of flyback-type micro-inverter was studied,which could realize the zero voltage turning on the main power switch without other auxiliary circuit.So,it not only reduces the cost and design difficulty of the main power circuit,but also enhances the conversion efficiency and reliability.Finally,the simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
