炉口接管法兰修复热处理应力研究
Study on the Stress Distribution in Flange During Heating-treatment of Gasification Furnace
【摘要】 气化炉的法兰密封面在高温、高压及H2S环境下极易发生腐蚀。设计了气化炉喷嘴连接法兰密封面的焊接修复工艺,运用有限元法分析焊接后消氢热处理过程中炉口法兰、接管和连接螺栓的温度、热应力及热变形的分布情况。仿真结果表明,该修复工艺及热处理工艺合理,产生的热应力小于材料的屈服极限,不会产生永久性变形。
【Abstract】 Flange of gasification furnace is ealily eroded under the conditions of high temperature,high pressure and H2S.The repair welding process of flange was designed.FEM(Finite Element Method)was used to analyze the thermal field of piping and the connected bolts,thermal stress and deformation in the flange during the heat treatment following the welding.Results show that the repair process and the heat treatment process designed are feasible for the flange of gasification furnace.Thermal stress is below yield limit of materials during the process without permanent deformation.
