煤岩显微组分热解过程中硫化氢的逸出特性

【摘要】 在TG-151热天平上,利用在线质谱仪考察了兖州煤及其显微组分热解过程中硫化氢的逸出特征,并用一阶动力学方程对硫化氢的逸出动力学特性进行了分析。结果表明:镜质组在480℃左右有较强的H2S逸出峰,而惰质组在587℃有较强的H2S逸出峰,原煤在473℃和600℃左右出现较强的逸出峰,强度介于前两者之间;镜质组中脂肪族含硫化合物含量较高而惰质组中黄铁矿硫含量较高。逸出动力学计算结果表明,镜质组和惰质组热解过程中硫化氢逸出的表观活化能为100kJ.mol-1和344kJ.mol-1,原煤两个硫化氢逸出峰的逸出表观活化能分别为113kJ.mol-1和255kJ.mol-1。兖州煤热解过程中硫化氢不同的逸出强度和分布反映了镜质组和惰质组中硫存在形态和含量的差异,从而导致镜质组和惰质组在热解过程中硫化氢的不同逸出特征。

【Abstract】 The evolution characteristic of H2S released from the pyrolysis of Yanzhou coal macerals in the TG-151 thermobalance was studied on line by using mass spectroscopy.And the evolution kinetics of H2S was analyzed by means of one-order kinetic equation.The results show that vitrinite has higher H2S evolution at 480 ℃,and that inertinite does at 587 ℃,while the parent coal does at 473 ℃and 600 ℃,the strength of which is between that of the former two,which indicates that vitrinite has higher aliphatic sulfur-containing compound content and that inertinite has higher pyretic-sulfur content.The evolution kinetic results showed that the evolution activation energy during the pyrolysis of vitrinite and inertinite was 100 kJ·mol-1 and 344 kJ·mol-1 respectively,while that of two H2S evolution peaks during the pyrolysis of parent coal was 113 kJ·mol-1and 255 kJ·mol-1.In addition,different strengths and distributions of the H2S evolution reflect the difference in forms and content of sulfur in coal macerals,which results in different evolution characteristics during the pyrolysis of macerals.
