某深基坑支护出险原因分析及处理措施

【摘要】 深基坑开挖是高层建筑基础施工的重要环节,维护深基坑边坡的稳定性是安全生产的重要内容之一。受工程地质和施工环境等各种因素的影响,已支护的深基坑出现边坡坍塌、变形等险情时有发生,不仅对安全生产和工程进度产生影响,同时对临近其他建筑物产生潜在危害。文章以合肥市某32层建筑物深基坑施工过程中边坡出现坍方、坡顶裂缝等险情为案例,分析了深基坑因降雨排水滞后、施工不规范和坡顶裂缝处理不及时等导致险情产生的相关因素,提出了卸载、排渗、堆坡反压和优化锚杆设计等措施。

【Abstract】 In high-rise building,the excavation of deep foundation is an important part of the foundation construction,and its slope stability is an important content of safe production. Influenced by the engineering geology and construction environment and other factors,deep foundation pit support has slope collapse,deformation and other dangers,which not only affects the safety in production and the progress of the project but also has potential harm to other adjacent buildings. Taking slope collapse,cracks and other dangers in the construction process of deep foundation pit of a 32-storied building in Hefei as a case,the paper analyzes the factors related to the danger because of rainfall drainage lag,non-standard construction and not timely slope crack treatment,and puts forward the measures in unloading,drainage,slope back pressure,pile anchor design optimization,etc.
