用生物淋滤方法去除污泥中重金属的研究
Research on Removal of Heavy Metal Ions from Sludge by Bioleaching
【摘要】 生物淋滤法去除污泥中的重金属相比传统化学浸提法具有耗酸量极少、运行成本低、去除效率高、污泥脱水性能强等优点。研究表明,该方法对污泥中Cu、Cd、Zn的去除率分别能达到85.8%,78.5%,81.3%。由于该方法在去除重金属的同时保留了污泥的有机质、氮磷养分,处理后的污泥可作为农肥用于农业生产,具有明显的经济效益和环保意义。
【Abstract】 Compared to traditional chemical ways to remove heavy metals in sludge,bioleach methods have the advantage of fewer acid consumption,lower operating costs,higher removal efficiency,stronger dewatering performance of sludge,etc.Research shows that the removal rate of Cu,Cd,and Zn can reach 85.8%,78.5%and 81.3%,respectively.This method retains organics,nitrogen and phosphorus in the sludge while removing heavy metals,which means processed sludge can be used as fertilizer for agriculture.It shows an obvious economic and environmental significance in removing heavy metals in sludge.
