从硫酸渣中回收铁精矿的试验研究
Experimental study on recovering iron ore concentrate from sulfuric acid slag
【摘要】 硫酸渣中含有大量的铁矿物,为了充分利用资源和利于环保,进行了选矿试验.介绍了从硫酸渣中提高铁精矿品位的工艺流程,经过预先分级,磁选机选别,粗精矿再用磁选柱选别,获得了品位65.07%、回收率73.24%的铁精矿.
【Abstract】 Sulfuric acid slag contains a large number of iron ore content and in order to make full use of resources and protect the environment,separation test is carried out.This paper discusses the process of improving the grade of iron concentrate from sulfuric acid slag,through preliminary classification,magnetic separation,rough concentrate and magnetic separation column and sorting.We achieved iron ore concentrate with the grade rate of 65.07% and the recovery rate of 73.24%.
