【摘要】 目的:考察白术茯苓汤不同配比对脾气虚克罗恩病大鼠结肠黏膜SP和血清IL-8水平的影响;初步探讨该方治疗脾气虚CD的神经—免疫机制。方法:采用破气耗气加饥饱失常法结合Morris方法复制脾气虚CD大鼠模型,以白术茯苓汤不同配比灌胃给药,免疫组化法检测结肠黏膜SP,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-8的含量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组SP、IL-8升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,B5组(白术:茯苓=12:15)、B6组(白术:茯苓=15:12)和B7组(白术:茯苓=18:9)SP的表达明显降低(P<0.05);B6组、B7组血清IL-8的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:白术茯苓汤B6、B7剂量配比组能显著降低脾气虚CD模型SP,下调IL-8水平,减轻结肠炎症反应,发挥治疗CD的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects on rat colonic mucosal SP and serum IL-8 levels of Spleen-Qi deficiency Crohn’s disease treated by different proportional compatibility of Baizhu Fuling Decoction; to explore the nerve-immune mechanism of spleen-Qi deficiency CD treating by Baizhu Fuling Decoction. Methods: Establishing the Spleen-Qi deficiency animal model through consumption Qi and irregular eating combined with Morris method. Treat with different proportional compatibility of Baizhu Fuling Decoction by intragastric administration. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the colonic mucosal SP. ELISA Method was used to detect the serum IL-8 levels. Results: The level of SP and IL-8 was increased in model group compared with the blank group( P < 0. 05); The level of SP was decreased in B5 group( Atractylodes Poria: = 12: 15),group B6( Atractylodes Poria: = 15: 12) and B7 group( Atractylodes Poria: = 18: 9) compared with the model group( P < 0. 05). The content of serum IL-8 was decreased significantly in group B6 and B7( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The B6 and B7 group of Baizhu Fuling Decoction could be alleviated the colon inflammations by reducing levels of SP and IL-8 significantly on Spleen-Qi deficiency CD model.更多还原
