【摘要】 目的:观察中频、拔罐、耳压与针刺疗法对单纯性肥胖症临床疗效的差异。方法:将120例患者随机分成2组,针刺组采用普通针刺治疗;综合治疗组采用中频、拔罐、耳压等综合治疗。观察治疗前后肥胖相关指标BMI、腰围、臀围及临床主要症状改善情况和两组治疗之间的起效差异。结果:针刺组总有效率86.7%,综合治疗组83.3%,两组总体疗效未见差异。两组在BMI及腰围、臀围方面的疗效差异亦无显著性差异。结论:中频、拔罐、耳压综合治疗模式治疗单纯性肥胖无痛、舒适且疗效满意,为治疗单纯性肥胖较佳的一种人性化疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the differences of clinical efficacy for simple obesity treated by midband,cupping,ear pressure and acupuncture. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the acupuncture group was treated by ordinary acupuncture; The comprehensive treatment group was treated by midband,cupping and ear pressure. The weight,body mass index,abdominal cortical thickness and main clinical symptom improvement were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 86. 7%,and 83. 3% of the combined therapy group,there was no significant difference between the two groups in body weight,BMI and abdominal skinfold thickness,but acupuncture group worked earlier. Conclusions: The comprehensive treatment methods is painless,comfortable and satisfactory for the treatment of simple obesity.更多还原
