【摘要】 目的:研究大叶秦艽醇提取物对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的防治作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:随机将96只大鼠分为正常组、模型组、白芍组及秦艽组。除正常组外,余各组用胶原乳液多点皮内注射建立关节炎模型。模型建立后第9天开始秦艽组以秦艽乙醇提物1.9ml·kg-1·d-1灌胃,白芍组给予白芍总苷胶囊内容物混悬液2ml·kg-1·d-1灌胃,模型组给予蒸馏水0.5ml·kg-1·d-1灌胃。给药后3周观察各组大鼠一般情况及血清IL-4及INF-γ水平。结果:模型组大鼠的踝关节及足趾关节明显肿胀、变形,秦艽组及白芍组与模型组比较关节肿胀程度明显减轻,INF-γ水平逐渐降低,IL-4水平明显升高,有显著统计学意义。结论:大叶秦艽醇提物能够在早期抑制胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠Th1型细胞因子INF-γ,促进Th2型细胞因子IL-4,减轻关节肿胀程度,改善滑膜炎症状,保护关节,体现治疗早期RA的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the effect of Large-leaved Gentian alcohol extract on collagen induced arthritis rats,and preliminary discussing the mechanism of action.Methods:96 rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group, the root of herbaceous peony group and Large-leaved Gentian group.In addition to the normal group,the more with collagen emulsion multipoint intradermal establish arthritis model.After the establishment of the model 9 day Large-leaved Gentian group to Large-leaved Gentian ethanol extract 1.9ml·kg-1·d-1 lavage,root of herbaceous peony group was given root of herbaceous peony total glycosides capsule contents2ml·kg-1·d-1 lavage,model group was given distilled water 0.5ml·kg-1·d-1 lavage. Immune after 14 days and 21 days,twenty eight days observation group rats in general and serum IL-4 and INF-γlevel.Results:Immune after 14 days and 21 days,twenty eight days model rats,ankle joint swelling and toes markedly swollen,deformation, Large-leaved Gentian group and root of herbaceous peony group and model group is significantly reduce joint swelling,INFγlevel gradually reduce,IL-4 level increased significantly,a significant statistical significance.Conclusion:Large-leaved Gentian alcohol extract can early on inhibition of collagen induced arthritis rats Th1 type cell factor IN-γ,promote the Th2 type cell factor IL-4,reduce joint swelling degree,improve the synovial inflammation shape,protect the joints,reflect the advantage of early treatment of RA.更多还原
