【摘要】 目的对中青年Graves病患者的脑血流情况进行研究。方法用TCD检查100例Graves病患者和100例无甲亢正常人的颅内各血管的血流动力学指标。结果 Graves病组的Vs和Vm均较对照组加快,但除左侧大脑中动脉、左侧大脑前动脉、左侧大脑后动脉的Vs在两组间的差异无统计学意义外,其余检测指标的差异均有统计学意义。结论对Graves患者进行TCD检查有利于发现早期的缺血性脑改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the cerebral blood flow in young patients with Graves’ disease. Methods Transcranial Doppler( TCD) was used to test the intracranial artery hemodynamic indexes in 100 patients with Graves’ disease and 100 healthy cases without hyperthyroidism. Results The systolic velocity and mean velocity were higher in Graves’ disease patients compared to the control,plasticity index were lower in patients with Graves’ disease group compared to the control group( P<0. 05). There was no difference between groups regarding the systolic velocity of left middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery and left posterior cerebral artery. Conclusion TCD examination in patients with Graves’ disease contribute to found early ischemic brain changes.更多还原
