【摘要】 目的了解白内障手术对Ⅱ型糖尿病术后血糖的影响,探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者白内障手术的围手术期情况,为控制糖尿病血糖提供科学依据。方法回顾分析2010年8月~2012年5月白内障手术的30例32眼的糖尿病患者资料,收集术前、术后2h、1、3、7d各时间点的血糖、手术后并发症等。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者白内障手术后2h血糖升高,P<0.05,术后1d血糖基本恢复术前水平,P>0.05。结论了解白内障手术对Ⅱ型糖尿病术后血糖的影响,并采取有效措施对糖尿病血糖控制具有较大意义。更多还原
