氧气驱动干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨氧气驱动重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择毛细支气管炎患儿78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组40例在此基础上加用重组人干扰素α-1b 10μg雾化吸入。观察症状体征消失时间及治愈率,并比较治疗前后血清IgE水平和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(PBEC)比例变化情况。结果治疗组患儿症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治愈率高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后血清IgE水平、PBEC比例比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论氧气驱动重组人干扰α-1b雾化吸入是一种辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的良好方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore curative effect of recombinant human interferon α-1b atomization inhalati by oxygen driving in curing infant bronchiolitis.Methods 78 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,two groups were given routine treatment,the treatment group of 40 cases were combined with recombinant human interferon α-1b 10μg atomization inhalation.Symptom,sign disappeared days,cure rate,serum IgE level and peripheral eosin phil(PBEC) ratio were compared before and after treatment.Results Symptom,sign disappeared time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P <0.01).The serum level of IgE,PBEC ratio in the treatment group were significant differences(P<0.01) before and after treatment.Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α-1b atomization inhalati by oxygen driving could be a effective treatment for infant bronchiolitis.
