【摘要】 目的评价马来酸曲美布汀联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴有焦虑抑郁症状的肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法 97例IBS患者随机分为两组,对照组49例单用马来酸曲美布汀100mg口服,3次/d;治疗组48例在上述基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛10.5mg口服,2次/d。治疗4周后观察患者前后症状的变化。结果两组IBS患者症状总有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸曲美布汀联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征能改善患者消化道症状,减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate trimebutin maleate combined with flupentixol melitracen treatment for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) with anxiety and depression symptoms.Methods 97 patients with IBS were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=49) were given trimebutine maleate 100mg tid,the therapy group(n=48)were added flupentixol melitracen 10.5mg bid.Results The curative effect of both groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimebutin maleate combined with flupentixol melitracen for IBS is effective.更多还原
