【摘要】 目的探讨青光眼术后白内障的手术方法、并发症及疗效。方法回顾分析青光眼小梁切除术后白内障经颞侧透明切口超声乳化及人工晶体植入术35例(38眼)的临床资料,观察并发症、疗效。结果 38眼均采取颞侧透明切口行超声乳化及人工晶体植入手术。术中瞳孔不能散大6眼,分离粘连时出血2眼,后囊膜破裂1眼。术后1眼眼压一过性升高。38眼均植入人工晶体。滤过泡无明显变化。角膜内皮无失代偿。术后随访12～36个月。37眼术后视力有不同程度提高,1眼视神经萎缩视力无提高。眼压均在正常范围。结论经颞侧透明切口超声乳化加人工晶体植入治疗青光眼术后白内障是安全有效的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method,complication and therapeutic efficacy of cataract extraction in eyes that had undergone glaucoma filtering surgery.Methods Phacoemulsification posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed on 38 eyes that had undergone glaucoma filtering surgery was selected,and retrospective analyze the complication and therapeutic efficacy.Results Phacoemulsification posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed on 38 eyes.6 pupils wouldn’t be dilated,in which 2 bleeding and 1 posterior lens capsule rupture when segregated accretion.The functional filtering bleb was not apparently changed.The decomposation of corneal endothelium was not happen.The postoperative visual acuity of 37 eyes improved in different degree in 12～36 months.1 eye wouldn’t improved because of optic atrophy.The postoperative IOP kept in normal degree.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with silicone foldable intraocular lens implantation through a temporal clear corneal tunnel incision in glaucomatous eyes after filtering surgery is convenient and effective,safe.更多还原
