【摘要】 目的分析支气管镜检查意外死亡的原因。方法回顾性分析我院3例在支气管镜检查中出现意外死亡的患者资料。结果 3例患者均无心肺重要基础疾病及支气管镜检查的禁忌症,操作过程无异常;均以心跳减慢、呼吸困难为主要表现。结论重视迷走反射在支气管镜检查中的重要作用,早期发现,早期处理,减少相应风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveAnalysis the cause of death of bronchoscopys.MethodsRetrospective analysis of causes of the 3 cases accidental death of bronchoscopy.Results3 patients had no serious cardiopulmonary disease,contraindications of bronchoscopy,and abnormall operation.We consider it may be vagal reflex,beacause it were main performance that heart rate and breathing difficulties.ConclusionWe should stress importance to the vagus reflecting in bronchoscopy,with a view to early detection,early treatment and reduce the associated risks.更多还原
