【摘要】 目的通过使用高能聚焦超声和利普刀治疗CINⅠ,比较其临床疗效和安全性。方法将2010年5月～2010年11月确诊患有CINⅠ的90例患者,随机分成聚焦超声治疗组和利普刀治疗组,对这两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果高能聚焦超声组手术时间较利普刀组少,术中出血少,术后阴道排液少。两组患者治愈率分别为超声组88.9%(40/45)和利普刀组91.2%(41/45),两者治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义。超声组有2例(4.4%)病变持续存在,利普刀组有5例(11.1%)。利普刀组复发率(11.1%)较超声组(2.2%)高。治疗后HPV降低值均为超声组大于利普刀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声是治疗CINⅠ安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety profile of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) verses Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of CINⅠ.Methods90 cases of CIN Ⅰ diagnosed by punch biopsy and pathological confirmation of postoperative specimens between March 2010 and June 2012 were reviewed and analyzed,in which 45 cases underwent the loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP),45 patients adopted high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).ResultsThe patients treated with HIFU have less operation time,less operative bleeding,and reduced white discharge.The efficacy of HIFU was found to be 88.9%(40/45) and that of LEEP was 91.2%(41/45)which is not significantly different.Two women with persistent lesion after HIFU,less than LEEP,which is five.The recurrence rate was higher after LEEP(11.1%) than after HIFU(2.2%).The value of HPV in HIFU group decreased more than LEEP group,with the statistically significant difference between them(P <0.05).ConclusionFocusing ultrasonic therapy is a kind of safe and effective method for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅠ.更多还原
