【摘要】 目的观察妈咪爱治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法 115例秋冬季腹泻患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,应用思密达、胃酶合剂、复方维生素B及补液等综合治疗作为对照组,在此基础上加用妈咪爱作为治疗组。结果治疗组在止泻时间,纠正脱水时间,平均治愈时间,总疗程均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为87.51%和97.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妈咪爱同时配合肠粘膜保护剂,液体疗法等综合治疗,对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的治疗效果良好,使用方便安全,小儿依从性好,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ma-mi-ai for infant diarrhea autumn.Methods 115 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group,smecta,pepsin mixture,compound vitamin B and fluid therapy were used to the control group,added with Ma-mi-ai on this basis for the treatment group.Results Treatment group antidiarrheal time to correct dehydration time,the average healing time,the total course of treatment than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the control group and treatment group were 87.51% and 97.59%,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Ma-mi-ai in treatment of infant diarrhea autumn,is safe,effective,good compliance.更多还原
