【Abstract】 The complicated and ever-changing situation of the social transformation period distinguishes itself from the regular era.Due to the changes of social relations and social systems,as well as contradictions and conflicts,the traditional interpretation mechanism of Constitution is facing great challenges.In order to meet the challenges,a new set of interpretation mechanism is in urgent need.Moreover,it is the key to the success of China’s second transformation.With the realistic foundation,the related theories and systems as the back,the dual interpretation mechanism of Constitution is the proper choice of China’s interpretation mechanism of Constitution with its feasibility and accordance with the social needs.更多还原
