热线法测量材料的热扩散系数和热导率的研究
Investigation on Transient Measurement of Thermal Conductivity and Thermal Diffusion by Thermal Line Method
【摘要】 热线法一般用于测量材料的热导率,给出一种数据处理方法,可以同时测量出材料的热扩散系数和热导率.用本方法进行的实际测量,与用其它方法获得的测量结果的一致性,表明了本方法是正确和可行的.从而扩展了热线法测量的应用范围,实现了热线法对热扩散系数的测量.在实际的科学研究和生产实践中,可以期望获得更广泛的运用.
【Abstract】 Hot-wire method is usually used to measure the thermal conductivity of materials,this paper presents a data processing method that can simultaneously measure the thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity. With the method of actual measurement,and confirmed by the use of other methods,the results show that the method is correct and feasible. Thus,the scope of application of hot wire measurement is expanded,and the hot-wire method on thermal diffusion coefficient measurement is realized. In actual scientific research and production process,we can expect to get more extensive application.
