MSMPR结晶器中利福喷丁冷却结晶动力学
Crystallization Kinetics of Cooling Rifapention in the MSMPR Crystallizer
【摘要】 在间歇结晶器中,对利福喷丁冷却结晶过程动力学进行了理论研究。由实验得到的利福喷丁晶体的粒数密度分布数据,并采用粒度无关生长速率模型,由不同实验条件下晶体的粒数密度分布数据非线性回归出其成核速率方程和生长速率方程。对方程的理论分析表明,低过饱和度、低悬浮密度和较高的结晶温度有利于得到平均粒径更大的利福喷丁晶体。
【Abstract】 In a batch operated crystallizer,the cooling crystallization kinetics of rifapention was studied.From experimental population density data of rifapention and the method of the size-independent growth rate,the nucleation and growth rate equations of rifapention were determined by direct fitting of population density data got from a series of batch crystallization experiments.It was shown that lower supersaturation,lower magma density and appropriate temperature are three key factors to get rifapention with bigger mean particle size.
