【Abstract】 The policemen are the main power to combat crime and safeguard people. The incentive ways to improve police’s enthusiasm and subjective initiative are effective measures to enhance police force. It requires us to establish the powerful police incentive mechanism, to strengthen ideological and political work for the right view, to create a good organizational culture circumstance for the organizational cohesion, to educate and train them for the higher power and vitality, and to enhance independent of people-oriented management for better enthusiasm and creativity.
