【Abstract】 This paper discussed the role of environmental emergency monitoring plan during the emergency monitoring work and the necessity of timely revision and adjustment of the emergency monitoring plan,based on the introduction of environmental emergency monitoring content,organization and management,and implementation of Apr. 20 Lushan Earthquake.
