【Abstract】 The paper studied material loss of traditional production process of rice starch and the content of the production process control and management,evaluated economic performance and environmental performance of rice starch products before and after technological upgrading.Results show that the research on performance evaluation of cleaner production is of great significance for product structure optimization,technology transformation,resource utilization improvement,energy conservation and emissions reduction.更多还原
