【Abstract】 This paper bases on the analysis of the problems to the EFL teacher professional development and teamwork construction in the new undergraduate universities.It puts forward the solutions to these problems,which need the effective agreement of both the inside factor and the outside factor: one is from the teacher self-improvement,the other is from their leaders’support.Only in this way can EFL teacher professional development and teamwork construction be realized.更多还原
