碳包铁钴合金纳米颗粒的制备及磁性能表征

【摘要】 采用回流法制得前驱体粉体,用此前驱体粉体在流动氮气保护下、750℃下热处理10h制得碳包铁钴合金纳米颗粒.利用SEM、TEM、XRD、Raman和VSM对碳包铁钴合金纳米粒子进行了表征.结果表明:所得碳包铁钴合金纳米粒子分散性较好,包覆结构比较完整,具有典型的核-壳结构,粒径为30~70nm,内核为铁钴合金颗粒,外壳为无定形碳.碳包铁钴合金纳米颗粒在室温下为铁磁性,有望应用于磁诱导的药物传递系统.

【Abstract】 Precursor powder was prepared by alkane refluxing method.Then,heat treatment of the precursor powder at 750℃ under flowing nitrogen for 10hwas made to yield the carbon encapsulated cobalt iron alloy nanoparticles.The as-prepared CoFe@C nanoparticles were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,Raman and VSM.The results indicate that the as-prepared CoFe@C nanoparticles exhibit uniform size distribution and obvious core-shell structure,with cobalt iron nanoparticles as core and amorphous carbon as shell.The size of the carbon encapsulated cobalt iron nanoparticles is 30~70nm.Carbon encapsulated cobalt iron alloy nanoparticles are ferromagnetic at room temperature which are expected to be applied to the magneticinduction of drug delivery systems.
