【摘要】 目的建立家兔颈动静脉内瘘(AVF)动物模型,观察高压氧(HBO)治疗对AVF血流量的影响。方法显微外科方法建立家兔颈总动静脉之间AVF模型32例,随机等分为实验组与对照组各16例,实验组给予HBO治疗,对照组不作任何治疗。于术后第2、8、15、22及29d采用彩色多普勒仪检测各组AVF血流情况。结果术后第15、22及29d,实验组的血流量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HBO治疗可持续稳定AVF的血液流量,术后早期HBO治疗对AVF功能障碍有改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish arteriovenous fistula (AVF) animal model at the neck of rabbit and to observe the effection of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the blood flow of AVF.Method 32 of AVF animal model at the neck of rabbit were sampled by using microsurgical techniques,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group was given HBO treatment.At the 2,8,15,22,29 day after operation,the blood flow of AVF were detected by using Color Dopple.Results At the 15,22,29 day after operation,the blood flow of experimental group were obviously higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion HBO treatment is able to enduringly stabilize the blood flow of AVF,postoperative early HBO treatment could alleviate the dysfunction of AVF.更多还原
