川西北高寒草地5种牧草叶片解剖结构与抗旱性关系研究

【摘要】 以川西北高寒草地推广栽培的5种禾本科牧草"阿坝"硬秆仲彬草(Kengyilia rigidula "Aba")、川草2号老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus cv."chuancao NO.2")、"阿坝"垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans"Aba")、"阿坝"燕麦(Avena sativa L.cv."Aba")、川草引3号虉草(Phalaris arundinacea L.cv."chuancaoyin No.3")盛花期的叶片为材料,采用石蜡切片,在光学显微镜下观察测定叶片的旱生结构。结果表明,"阿坝"硬秆仲彬草、"阿坝"垂穗披碱草旱生结构特点明显:角质层厚、气孔下陷、维管束导管发达。5种牧草主脉维管束都有两层维管束鞘延生区,均为C3植物。对叶片的上角质层、下角质层、木质部导管直径、主脉厚度4个指标进行隶属函数综合分析,获得5种牧草的抗旱性强弱排序为:"阿坝"硬秆仲彬草>"阿坝"垂穗披碱草>"阿坝"燕麦>川草2号老芒麦>川草引3号虉草。

【Abstract】 The leaves of five kinds of forage(Kengyilia rigidula Aba,Elymus sibiricus cv.’chuancao NO.2’,Elymus nutans ’Aba’,Avena sativa L.cv.’Aba’ and Phalaris arundinacea L.cv.’chuancaoyin No.3’) cultivated in the Northwest Plateau of Sichuan Province have been used as the test materials and made into leaves’ paraffin sectioning.The drought anatomical structure characteristics in flowering stage have been observed.The results showed that xeromorphism features are obvious(clear cuticle,stomatal apparatus settlement and developed catheters of vascular bundle) :.The subjection function way of fuzzy mathematics was carried out to appraise the drought resistance of five forages in Full-bloom stage.The results as follow: Kengyilia rigidula ’Aba’>Elymus nutans ’Aba’>Avena sativa L.cv.’Aba’>Elymus sibiricus cv.’chuancao NO.2’> Phalaris arundinacea L.cv.’chuancaoyin No.3’.
