【摘要】 国外工程EPC总承包投标内容复杂,时间要求紧急,而利用Excel快速计算的特点,建立机电设备成套报价模板有相当的实用价值。文章以水电站EPC总承包工程投标为例,对机电设备成套报价与收支计划两部分进行了计算,结果表明,此模板有利于提高报价的准确性和投标的反应速度,可作为投标报价的便捷工具,并为今后国外EPC总承包投标项目提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 it is practical to establish the bidding offer template for EM equipment completion of the overseas EPC contracting bidding based on application of Excel featuring the fast calculation as the bidding contents of the overseas EPC contracting projects is complicated and the bidding time is pressed.In this paper,the EPC contracting of the hydropower projects is taken as an example to calculate offer and expenditure of EM equipment completion.The results prove that this template benefits improvement of the offer accuracy and the bidding response.It can be considered one convenient tool for the bidding offer and provide help for the bidding of the overseas EPC contracting projects in the future.更多还原
