【Abstract】 This paper compared the effect of extraction of water extraction,acid extraction,alkali extraction of polysaccharide in Red Ginseng,and optimized the best extraction process,that with the extraction rate of polysaccharide as index,the content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results suggest that the best extraction technology was the solid-liquid ratio of 1: 8,in 100 ℃ water bath extraction for 3 times,each time 3h,and then the red ginseng polysaccharide extraction rate was 22%。更多还原
