基于生物质灰成分的灰软化温度预测模型研究
Prediction Models of Biomass Ash Softening Temperature Based on Ash Composition
【摘要】 燃料的灰熔融性是判断其结渣性能的主要指标,是锅炉燃料的重要参考性质.燃料灰熔点的特性,与其灰成分中各氧化物含量有非常密切的关系.通过对大量生物质燃料进行分类处理及相应的氧化物含量分析,找到普遍规律,建立燃料灰熔融性特征温度与成分的经验公式预测模型.结果表明,此预测模型能对木质类和草本类生物质灰熔点进行有效预测.
【Abstract】 Ash melting point is a characterization constant of fuel ash fusibility,which plays an important role in its performance of boiler burning and determines its slagging properties to a large extent. It has been proved that ash melting point has a close relationship with the contents of oxides in the ash. This paper focuses on finding out the general laws of predicting the ash melting point of biomass based on the classification of biomass and the processing of corresponding oxide contents. The testing and verifying results have shown that the method of biomass ash melting point prediction is effective.
