电火花脉冲空化场中纳米镍磷合金粉体的制备

【摘要】 利用电火花脉冲空化装置,在水溶液中制备纳米镍磷合金粉体,并利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪对粉体材料进行了测试分析。实验结果表明:在空化场的作用下,成功地在NiSO4和NaH2PO2反应溶液中制备出纳米尺度的镍磷合金粉体材料,该材料具有非晶态结构。

【Abstract】 Nano-scale Ni-P alloy powder in the solution was produced by means of an electro chemistry system with acvitative field based on electric spark technique. SEM, TEM, X-ray diffraction were used to test the Ni-P alloy powder. The experimental results show that the nano-scale Ni-P alloy powder with the microstructure of amorphous have been obtained in NiSO4 and NaH2PO2 solution upon cavitative field.
