【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of China’s dairy market demand and per capita consumption of milk,especially after melamine-contaminated dairy products event occurs,the quality and safety of dairy products are increasing affected by social and the consumers’ attention.The "Food Defense Plan" is a new food safety management system,which is an important component of the system of the Food Protection Plan.How to properly perform the "Food Defense Plan" is to implement the relevant requirements of the national commission;is a new topic for our regulatory authorities.How to effective supervise the food safety protection of export dairy enterprises,what kind of effective regulatory measures to be taken are the key to improve our management level of export of dairy products and ensure that export dairy product security.更多还原
