奶牛乳腺对血液游离氨基酸吸收的差异性研究

【摘要】 研究了高、低乳品质奶牛阴外动脉、腹部乳静脉血液游离氨基酸浓度,以及乳腺对氨基酸摄取率的差异性。采用独立样本T检验设计,采集奶牛阴外动脉、腹部乳静脉血液,应用氨基酸全自动分析仪测定17种游离氨基酸浓度,分析高、低乳品质奶牛对氨基酸的差异性利用。结果表明,高乳品质奶牛组阴外动脉必需氨基酸质量浓度显著高于低乳品质奶牛组,非必需氨基酸质量浓度显著高于低乳品质奶牛组。高乳品质奶牛组必需氨基酸Thr,Val,Met,Ile,His,Arg的摄取率显著高于低乳品质奶牛组;非必需氨基酸摄取率除Cys外,其他均显著高于低乳品质奶牛组。

【Abstract】 The experiment conducted to study the difference of the free amino acids concentration in the external pudic artery and abdominal mammary vein,and uptake rate of mammary gland to the amino acids between the high and low milk quality dairy cows.Independent-samples T test was used,and collected the blood from the external pudic artery and abdominal mammary vein,the amino acids autoanalyzer was used to determine 17 free amino acids concentration,and acquired the differential utilization between the two groups.Results showed,the concentration of the essential amino acids Met,Leu,Ile,Thr,Val of the high milk quality group were significantly higher than the low milk quality group,the concentration of non-essential amino acids Glu,Tyr were significantly higher than the low milk quality group.The uptake rate of the essential amino acids Thr,Val,Met,Ile,His,Arg in the high milk quality group were significant higher than the low milk quality group,except Cys,the non-essential amino acids were also significantly higher than the low milk quality group.
