【Abstract】 In terms of the national political system, the reforms of China and Russia are not comparable; yet from the perspective of economic system, both countries transitioned from a highly centralized planned economy to a market economy. The two reforms have had great influence to the world. During the reforms, distribution of interests and power took place in the two countries, causing unprecedented intensity of social differentiation. The experience of Russian reform is also useful for China. For example, the Putin administration’s political governance and Medvedev’s political reform,especially those anti-corruption policies that require officials to report their family’s properties and disallow civil servants to hold estates in foreign countries, are worth China’s learning.更多还原
