铝液保温炉内气体搅拌过程的数值模拟

【摘要】 气体搅拌过程对倾动式铝液保温静置炉内铝液温度场与浓度场的均匀化有重要作用。针对某厂50t铝液保温炉,采用FLUENT软件对其中的气体搅拌过程进行了建模和数值模拟。结果表明,在所选取的计算基准工况下,气体搅拌30min后,围绕上升气泡的运动,铝液层呈现为垂直方向和水平方向的复杂漩涡运动,最大流速0.813m/s;铝液层内主体温差3℃,上表面最大温差10℃,远低于不考虑气体搅拌作用的计算结果,达到了工艺所需的温度控制范围。

【Abstract】 The gas stirring process is important for the uniformity of temperature and concentration field in tilting-type aluminum holding furnace.For a 50 t aluminum holding furnace,the model for the gas stirring process was established and software FLUENT was used for numerical simulation.The results show that on the reference operating condition,after 30 min for the heating and stirring,the melt present complex vortical movement in vertical and horizontal direction,and the maximum velocity is 0.813 m/s,the temperature difference is less than 3 ℃ in the melt,and the maximum temperature difference is less than 10 ℃ on the surface of melt,which is far less than the results without considering the gas stirring and satisfy the process operation need as well.The results provide foundation for optimization of the process parameters.
