基于DS18B20基站的温度测量控制

【摘要】 基站设备往往是许多造价高昂且聚集在一起工作,对工作环境有比较严格的要求,如果温度超出设备的工作范围,轻则可造成设备死机无法正常工作,重则会使设备造成不成逆转的损坏,由此引发的间接损失更是不可估量。基站工作往往产生过高的超出限值的温度,需要实时测量控制,文中讲述基于基站的温度控制利用DS18B20的特性,产生温度信号的实时性检测,将数据传入单片机进行处理然后得到结果通过液晶屏显示并进行调节。文中给出了软件的仿真图和流程图以及DS18B20的特性和时序。测温范围-55°--125°,通过与系统设定阈值比较来改变温度值。

【Abstract】 Base station equipment is often many very expensive and work together, the more stringent requirements of the work environment, if the temperature exceeds the operating range of the device, ranging from equipment crash not work and causes the damage of equipment caused not reversed, arising from the indirect loss is immeasurable. The base station tend to produce too high a temperature limit is exceeded, the need for real-time measurement and control. The paper show characteristics of temperature measurement based on DS18B20.Once the sign of temperature was detected, data was transmitted to chip microcomputer and show the result in LCD and adjust. In addition, the system was simulated by Protues software and flowtree. The scope is minus55 to 125, though the immeditate temperature detected and compared by the setted temperature, we can alter the current temperature.
