法向压力对销-盘在电磁场环境下耦合温度场的影响
Effect of Normal Pressure on the Coupling Temperature Field of Pin-Disc Pairs in Electromagnetic Environment
【摘要】 利用ANSYS有限元软件对销-盘式摩擦机中销、盘摩擦磨损耦合的温度场进行模拟分析,研究模型在电磁场环境下,不同法向压力对摩擦热和磁场热耦合温度的影响。结果表明:对于销-盘摩擦副,在相对位移、速度和法向压力一定的条件下,有磁场条件下摩擦副试样的温度高于无磁场条件下的温度;在一定的磁场强度和速度下,耦合最高温度随着法向压力的增大先缓慢后快速地升高;在相对滑动位移和磁场强度一定时,最高耦合温度随着相对运动速度的增大而降低。
【Abstract】 Based on the FE software ANSYS,the coupled temperature fields of pin-on-disc friction pair were simulated and analyzed in pin-disc friction rig.The effects of different normal pressure on friction heat and coupled magnetic heat were studied under electromagnetic environment.The results show that the temperatures of pin-on-disc friction pair with magnetic field are higher than that without magnetic field,under the constant relative displacement,velocity and normal pressure.The maximum coupled temperature is increased slowly and then quickly with the increasing of normal pressure,under the constant magnetic field intensity and velocity.The maximum coupled temperature is decreased with the increasing of relative velocity,when the relative sliding distance and magnetic field intensity are constant.
