聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯摩擦磨损性能研究
Research on Friction and Wear Behavior of Polymethyl Methacrylate
【摘要】 分别在干摩擦和油润滑条件下研究聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯与淬火45#钢配副时,载荷和转速对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,并分析其磨损机制。结果表明,在干摩擦时,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯高速下的磨损量和接触温度明显高于低速下的磨损量和接触温度,其高速下的摩擦因数低于低速下的摩擦因数,并且随载荷的增大摩擦因数先增大后减小;在油润滑下,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯高速下的磨损量明显低于低速下的磨损量,高速下的接触温度高于低速下的接触温度,随载荷的增大,高速下的摩擦因数是先减小后增大,低速下的摩擦因素是先减小后增大最后再减小,且高载低速下的摩擦因数高于高载高速下的摩擦因数;在干摩时摩擦面十分粗燥,有明显的沟状磨痕和黏着脱落,而油润滑时摩擦面较为光滑。
【Abstract】 The effects to tribological properties of polymethyl methacrylate against quenching of 45 steel under the condition of dry friction and oil lubrication were studied by changing load and speed under sliding friction test,and the wear mechanism was analyzed.The results demonstrate that the wear mass loss and contact temperature of polymethyl methacrylate under high-speed are higher than those under low-speed in dry friction;the friction coefficient of polymethyl methacrylate under high-speed is lower than that under low-speed,and it is all increased first and then decreased under high-speed and low-speed with load increasing.The wear mass loss of polymethyl methacrylate is lower and the contact temperature is higher under high-speed than under low-speed in oil lubrication;the friction coefficient of polymethyl methacrylate is decreased first and then increased under high-speed,and decreased first and then increased and finally decreased under low-speed with load increasing;the friction coefficient under high-load and low-speed is higher than that under high-load and high-speed.The friction surface is very coarse with obvious groove gringing and adhesion loss in dry friction,but very smooth in oil lubrication.
