压强影响下40Cr的冲蚀与空蚀交互磨损特性

【摘要】 数值分析压强对三相流场中40Cr试件冲蚀与空蚀交互磨损的影响;试验研究不同压强下交互磨损过程中40Cr试件的失重量、空泡的密度及分布的变化规律,分析压强对40Cr试件的作用机制。结果表明:特定工况下,40Cr试件交互磨损失重量随压强的增大呈高斯曲线变化;在0.075 MPa时其失重量达到峰值1.86 g;流体压强越小水中空泡含量越高,空泡越多其溃灭破坏强度越大;但是水中空泡增加时会增大水的可压缩性,从而对空泡溃灭冲击起到缓冲作用,反而使交互磨损破坏作用减弱。数值分析结果和实验结果吻合较好。

【Abstract】 The effect of pressure on interactive erosion and cavitation wear of 40Cr specimen was numerical analyzed in three-phase flow field.The changing rule of the weight loss,vacuoles density and distribution was experimentally studied in different pressure during the process of interactive wear,and the mechanism of pressure on 40Cr specimen was analyzed.The results show that the interactive wear weight loss of 40Cr specimen changes with Gaussian curve as the pressure increasing under the special working condition,and it reaches a maximum of 1.86 g at 0.075 MPa.The smaller of the fluid pressure,the higher the content of vacuoles in water,and thus the destructive strength is increased;but as the higher content of the vacuoles in water will increase the compressibility of water,thereby the cushioning effect is added on the water bubble collapse impact,and the interaction wear damage is weakened.Results of numerical analysis are found to be very close to the experimental results.
