随钻测量仪密封设计及仿真分析
Design and Simulation Analysis of Measurement while Drilling Apparatus Seal
【摘要】 基于随钻测量仪的密封要求,设计O形圈加单侧挡圈的密封结构。建立该密封结构的轴对称模型,采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对其应力进行分析,分析表明,O形圈与沟槽及钻杆内壁的接触面起主要密封作用。确定挡圈易受损和失效的关键部位,分析压力及压缩率等典型参数对关键区域的影响,获得O形圈及挡圈工作时的敏感区域的应力状态及各种参数。结果表明,此密封结构能够承受30MPa高压,且在高压下挡圈对O形圈的保护作用更显著。通过1 000m井下实验,初步验证了仿真结果的正确性。
【Abstract】 Based on sealing requirement of the apparatus for measurement while drilling,the sealing structure of O-ring plus back-up ring was designed.An axisymmetric model of the sealing structure was established,and the stress was analyzed by utilizing the non-linear finite element software ABAQUS.It is shown by analysis the contacts of O-ring with groove and drilling pipe’s in wall play a major role in sealing contact surface.The critical parts which easy to damage and failure in back-up ring were identified,the influences to key area by typical pressure and compression ratio were analyzed,and the stress state and various parameters of the sensitive work area of the O-ring plus back-up ring were obtained.The results show that this sealing structure can withstand 30 MPa pressure,and under high pressure,the back up ring has better protective effect on O-ring.Through the 1 000 m underground sealing experiments,the simulation results was verified.
