细胞色素c在硼掺杂金刚石电极上的电化学特性研究

【摘要】 采用直流电弧等离子体喷射设备制备掺硼金刚石(BDD)电极。并用扫描电镜及拉曼光谱分析了薄膜的表面形貌及薄膜品质,测试结果表明,掺硼金刚石薄膜表面结构排列紧密。使用BDD电极研究细胞色素c的直接电化学特性,结果表明在磷酸盐缓冲液中细胞色素c(Cyt c)在BDD电极上呈现一对峰形较好的氧化还原峰,峰电流与扫速的平方根呈线性关系,且与细胞色素c浓度在5~50μmol·L-1范围内近似呈线性关系。

【Abstract】 The boron doped diamond( BDD) electrodes were deposited by DC ARC Plasma Jet CVD. The morphology and quality of the film were analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM) and Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that the BDD surface was compact. The electrochemical properties of cytochrome c( Cyt c) was studied using BDD electrode. The results showed that through using BDD electrode,a pair of better reversible redox peaks appeared in the cyclic voltammetry curves of Cyt c in phosphate buffered saline( PBS). There was a linear relationship between the peak current and the square root of the scan rate. The peak current and the concentration of Cyt c were in an approximate linear relationship at the scale of 5-50 μmol·L- 1.
