【摘要】 为研制出适用于Ka波段(26.5~40 GHz)微波管的高性能微波衰减陶瓷,在Al2O3-TiO2微波衰减陶瓷的基础上,开展了添加钨粉、改变烧结方法对材料电磁参数和热导率影响的研究。结果表明,用热压烧结方式并添加20wt%粒度为4~5μm的钨粉,可制造出综合性能良好的Ka波段专用微波衰减陶瓷。这一衰减陶瓷的典型性能为,介电常数13.90~21.83,损耗角正切0.20~1.02,热导率2.92 W/m.K。

【Abstract】 In order to develop the high-performance microwave attenuating ceramics used for Ka-band(26.5-40 GHz) microwave tube,on the basis of Al2O3-TiO2 microwave attenuating ceramics,the affection of adding of tungsten powder,the changing of sintering method on the electromagnetic parameters and thermal conductivity of materials were studied.The results showed that the use of hot pressed sintering instead of pressureless sintering,and the adding of 20wt% tungsten powder with 4-5 μm grain size into Al2O3-TiO2 base,can create special Ka-band microwave attenuating ceramics with the best association of electromagnetic parameters and thermal conductivity.The typical performance of the ceramics is as following,dielectric constant 13.90-21.83,loss angle tangent 0.20-1.02,thermal conductivity 2.92 W/m·K.
