模板硼酸盐[C4H12N][B5O6(OH)4]的合成及热处理对荧光性质的影响

【摘要】 以离子液体氯化三甲基羟乙基铵为原料合成了一种有机模板硼酸盐[C4H12N][B5O6(OH)4],通过单晶衍射仪对其的晶体结构进行了检测。此外,对其进行了PXRD,红外,热重以及固态荧光等表征。X射线单晶结构分析结果表明,该晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21/C,晶胞参数为a=9.2546(19),b=16.855(3),c=9.2894(19),β=96.13(3)°,V=1440.73(467)3。[B5O6(OH)4]-通过氢键形成三维的骨架结构并形成孔道,用来平衡骨架电荷的[C4H12N]+嵌在这些孔道中。荧光光谱分析结果表明,在波长为290 nm的激发光下,该硼酸盐发射出326 nm、365 nm的紫外光。对样品进行不同温度的热处理后,样品的荧光性质发生了明显的变化。这种变温的改性实验证实该有机模板硼酸盐有可能作为一种单一发射组分荧光材料应用在显示和照明等白光LED领域。

【Abstract】 An organic template borate,[C4H12N][B5O6(OH)4],was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction.A kind of Ionic liquids called 2-hydroxy-N,N,N-trimethylethanaminium chloride is the template.In addition,the borate had been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction,FT-IR spectroscopy,thermal gravity analysis and luminescence spectroscopy.Its single crystal X-ray diffraction data showed that this crystal belongs to P21/C monoclinic space group,with the following cell parameters:a=9.2546(19),b=16.855(3) ,c=9.2894(19),β=96.13(3)°,V=1440.73(467)3.[B5O6(OH)4]-units are connected to one another through hydrogen bonds,forming a three-dimensional framework,in which the template [C4H12N]+ are located.The luminescence spectra showed that it exhibits luminescence emission at 326 nm and 365 nm which is excited at 290 nm.The luminescence spectra of the samples changed after heat-treatment with different temperature.The result shows that the compound [C4H12N][B5O6(OH)4] could be promising single-emitting-component phosphors for display and lighting application in the white LED.
