【摘要】 【目的】观察经筋电针疗法治疗阳明经筋型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。【方法】将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,分别采用经筋电针疗法(治疗组)和经络电针疗法(对照组)治疗。2组均隔天治疗1次,2周为1个疗程,疗程结束后进行美国西部Ontario和McMaster大学骨关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)及临床疗效评定。【结果】治疗2周后,治疗组的疗效显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组WOMAC评分中各项指标均显著降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除僵直外,治疗组在改善WOMAC评分方面的疗效均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】经筋电针疗法治疗阳明经筋型膝骨关节炎疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of musculature electroacupuncture(MEA) therapy for Yangming meridian musculature associated knee osteoarthritis.Methods One hundred and twenty qualified patients were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group was given MEA therapy,and the control group was given meridian electroacupuncture therapy,once every other day,two weeks constituting one treatment course.After treatment,the score of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC) osteoarthritis index and the therapeutic effect were evaluated in both groups.Results After treatment for two weeks,the treatment group had better therapeutic effect than the control group(P < 0.05).The score of each item of WOMAC was decreased in both groups after treatment(P < 0.05 compared with that before treatment),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving WOMAC items except the rigidity(P < 0.05).Conclusion MEA therapy is effective for the treatment of Yangming meridian musculature associated knee osteoarthritis.更多还原
