【摘要】 目的:观察正清风痛宁注射液穴位注射治疗颈性眩晕的疗效及其对血液内皮素(ET)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:将60例入选病例随机分为穴注组和药物组各30例,穴注组给予双侧风池穴注射正清风痛宁注射液,药物组给予西比灵胶囊口服,2组均治疗15天。结果:总有效率穴注组为90.0%,药物组为60.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后穴注组血清ET、IL-6、TNF-α水平下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁注射液穴位注射治疗颈性眩晕疗效较满意,并对患者血液中ET、IL-6、TNF-α等体液因子具有调节作用,这可能是其治疗机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection in the treatment of cervical vertigo,and to observe its effect on the levels of blood endothelin(ET),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α).Methods:Sixty cases were equally randomized into acupoint injection group and medicine group.The acupoint injection group was given acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection at bilateral Fengchi(GB20),qd.The medicine group was given Flunarizine capsule orally.The treatment of both groups lasted 15 days.Results:After a course of treatment,the effective rate was 90.0% in the acupoint injection group and was 60.0% in the medicine group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Serum ET,IL-6,and TNF-α levels were decreased in the treatment group after treatment(P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection is effective for treatment of cervical vertigo,and its therapeutic mechanism may be related with the regulation of serum humoral factors such as ET,IL-6,and TNF-α.更多还原
